£55 - £60 (Earlybird price of £55 applies if you book into a public session 20+ days ahead)

Somewhere in the loft, there's a box, and in that box, there are three or four baubles nobody is allowed to throw away. Not the nice ones; the ones with a name on. This is a class about making those.
You'll paint ceramic baubles, guided step by step, with plenty of designs to borrow from. We'll also teach you faux calligraphy: the trick of "drawing letters" rather than writing them, which is why it works perfectly whether or not your handwriting does. Names, dates, a first Christmas, whatever the bauble needs to say.
You'll finish two or three in the session, and the method goes home with you. They take far less time than they look like they took.
They make terrific personalised gifts, assuming you can bear to hand them over. Though once you've painted a couple of names, you'll start doing the maths on how many people you could plausibly get through before the 25th... don't blame us!

Hey, I’m Jane, and I’m obsessed with all things crafty! If it involves glue, yarn, paint, or paper—chances are, I’ve tried it. I started Tea and Crafting back in 2009 as a cosy, welcoming workshop space in Covent Garden because I wanted to share my love of crafting with everyone.
I totally get that life is busy, so I made it my mission to offer fun, relaxed, and totally doable craft workshops—no six-week commitment required! Just pop in, get creative, and walk away with something amazing (even if you think you're “not crafty”).
Fast forward 12 years, and I’m still here, sharing the magic of making alongside a fantastic team of expert crafters. Because honestly? Crafting isn’t just about being good at it—it’s about the joy, the creativity, and that unbeatable feel-good factor. So, come craft with us! ️
