  • 5/5 from Francesca Solito, attended Apr 2026: Will was a fantastic host! Great teacher, storyteller and witty in the way he’d interact with us. We really had good time, the class had good structure and good quality ingredients. Only point maybe a little music in the background would have helped with the overall vibe of the class, but that’s my personal preference. Thank you Will!!

  • 5/5 from Baylee McKeel, attended Feb 2026: Will was excellent! Very welcoming and knowledgable, my partner and I throoroughly enjoyed the class and made some delicious suhshi! I would highly reccomend this experience. The only suggestion would be that Will could really use an assistant! There were quite a few of us in the class and while Will handled it beautifully, having an extra person to help with preparing the ingredients, sort out drinks etc would have been a huge help and made his life easier. We have a lovely time though, definitely worth 5 stars!

  • 5/5 from Laurence Mohan, attended Nov 2025: Will’s sushi making class was an excellent introduction to some of the classic dishes, etiquette, and traditions — with room for creativity. Everything was immaculately set up and the drink tokens were a great addition. Will himself led the class with the humour, confidence and charisma (plus strictness where needed!) of a master chef! Highly recommended.
  • 5/5 from Elena Roginsky, attended Nov 2025: It was fun
  • 5/5 from Dima Horda, attended Nov 2025: Will did a great job of hosting/teaching us how to make sushi. I'd recommend the class to someone who's a complete beginner and wants to learn the basics/terminology. As an FYI, a few people came late to our class which meant we started 15 minutes late. As a result, the last 30 minutes of class felt rushed and we didn’t have a lot of time to eat and enjoy our food.
  • 4/5 from Vanessa Tilley, attended Nov 2025: it was a lovely experience and good variety of learning about the different types of sushi. We were there to learn and at times i felt slightly uncomfortable with how the chef interacted with us. I felt like the person he just wanted to mock because i wasn’t very good at it (beginners class!)
  • 5/5 from Emily, attended Oct 2025: This was so good! Will made the class entertaining and easy to follow and the sushi was genuinely so delicious despite the fact I walked in with zero skill. I want to go back to his dim sum workshop!
  • 5/5 from Matthew Jones, attended Sep 2025: This was great, really informative and enjoyable
  • 5/5 from Romit Aggarwal, attended Sep 2025: Will was exceptional, lovely teacher and very engaging
  • 5/5 from Hayley Geary, attended Sep 2025: Great class! Informative, fun, and tasty! Will was entertaining and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend 10/10
  • 5/5 from Valentina Santilli, attended Aug 2025: Will (the teacher) was an absolute star! He gave us a great intro to ingredients, instructions and tips on how to make sushi and made the class engaging, light and funny at the same time. We had a great time!! Highly recommended!
  • 5/5 from Roger Smith, attended Aug 2025: Will was absolutely brimming with energy and enthusiasm. He clearly knows about sushi and how to make it. We came away having had a great night plus some easy to follow skills for making delicious sushi. Would highly recommend
  • 5/5 from Siobhan Maher, attended Jul 2025: I did the sushi cooking class with Will. I received it as a gift voucher and went solo and absolutely loved it! It was a pretty big group but he made sure everyone was engaged and didn’t miss a step. Will was great at giving instructions and you can tell he is really an expert in the craft. The helpers he had were also very efficient and helpful. In the 3 hrs you learn how to make 5 different types of sushi and I definitely learnt a lot. You also receive 2 books in an email afterwards which I look forward to checking out! Would highly recommend
  • 5/5 from Mide Oluwaleimu, attended Jul 2025: We had a great experience at the sushi making class with Will. He had amazing energy and made the learning enjoyable. He was able to keep it lighthearted while also giving us clear and concise instructions on how to make sushi. Quality of ingredients was great as well and the food tastes great once we got to eat it.
  • 2/5 from Melissa Mariano, attended Jul 2025: I bought this as a birthday present for my friend. Positives were learning the etiquette and background info in terms of ingredients/where to buy as well as eating the sushi we made. However I do not think it was worth the money at all. The instructor spent most of the time over explaining how to do things and also waffling in between, but then would rush us when we were doing what he instructed so we couldn’t enjoy the process. He was jokey which was nice but I think he took it too far at times and made some people feel uncomfortable when telling them off for benign things - again we’ve paid so much money, it’s not conducive for a positive atmosphere when people are being scolded for not cleaning their station properly or for wanting to use a sauce. Lastly the venue was very industrial, white light and basic - I expected there to be more of an ambience given you’re selling an experience.
  • 5/5 from Ine Sarachu, attended Jun 2025: Will was super funny and made the class very dynamic and enjoyable. 3 hours went super fast! I learned a lot and highly recommend this class
  • 5/5 from Fathma Khalid, attended May 2025: Will was hilarious and clearly very skilled at his craft. We had a fantastic time and I would definitely recommend this class. I was so proud of how my sushi turned out! It looked and tasted amazing. And we got practical advice that we can take forward to use when cooking at home. Loved it!
  • 5/5 from Jacqueline Turner, attended May 2025: Will was informative, taught in an easy to follow way, he was amusing and made the class enjoyable.
  • 5/5 from Polina Andronova, attended May 2025: Beautifully prepared class with detailed instructions of basic techniques and a variety of delicious ingredients to choose from
  • 5/5 from Rehannah Thompson, attended Apr 2025: This was a really fun and interactive experience. Will is an awesome teacher who truly knows the ins and outs of sushi; definitely worth checking out!
  • 5/5 from Sonal Amin, attended Apr 2025: It was really fun and easy to follow as a beginner. Recommed to anyone who enjoys sushi.
  • 5/5 from Paula Borja, attended Apr 2025: The workshop was amazing! I loved every minute of it! Will was a great techer, he was funny and helpful and jut nice! The sushis turned out delicious and beutiful so that made me really happy. I will be definitely making them again and would highly recommend everyone to do this workshop :)
  • 4/5 from Margarida Martins de Almeida, attended Apr 2025: It was a great class! We did 5 different types of sushi pieces and I must say I loved them all!! The only thing I would add would be a quick part of how to cut the fish for the sushi and potentially reduce some details before we get hands on the class! All super clear ️
  • 5/5 from Monty Leigh, attended Mar 2025: Really fun! Learnt a lot and got to do loads of making; and there were loads of ingredients - left very full & happy with what we learned!
  • 5/5 from Andy Cooper, attended Mar 2025: Great class, only issue was the room temperature it was hot in there.
  • 5/5 from Alice Coe, attended Mar 2025: The course was good value, you get a lot for your money (tuition, two drinks, lots of sushi!). Will had great energy and it was nice to be in a smaller group. Would recommend!
  • 5/5 from Helen Rattner, attended Mar 2025: Really good value and learnt loads
  • 5/5 from Louie Connaris, attended Feb 2025: What an incredible class! The teacher, Will, absolutely made the class, without him it would not have been anywhere near as good! Will was so funny, charismatic and a fantastic teacher. He explained everything so clearly and simply in a way that made it a breeze to replicate. He made us feel very comfortable in an environment we weren't familiar with, especially being beginners. Will was so good in fact, we're booking the other classes he offers, just to have him again as a teacher! 5 stars for the class and 10 stars for Will! - Lou + Cynthia
  • 5/5 from Jake Stace, attended Jan 2025: Great host, enjoyed learning!
