As a complete beginner, I struggled a bit at first, but the instructor was incredibly patient and showed me alternative techniques to help me wrap my head around the basics. While my final piece didn’t turn out amazing (so no keepsake to show for it this time) I don't mind at all. Hopefully, my next attempt will look a little better! :) I highly recommend this class to anyone curious about giving crochet a try. I only wish they offered a multi-session course so we could dive into more advanced techniques and patterns!

I must have a crochet methodical learning difficulty..! The Teacher tried to help me but gave up on me and other students tried to explain to me but I couldn’t understand how to do it! So rather disappointing for me! Left feeling utterly useless..!

The class was small enough that everyone received attention. I highly recommend this class if you’re looking for a new hobby. Come with an open mind ready to learn! It can be a hobby that is frustrating so give yourself grace and patience:)

We followed a beginners granny square pattern and Lily did a great job of showing us how to do each stitch. We were even able to keep the tools and take home the pattern and yarn to practise at the end of the class. Would definitely recommend!

Materials were provided as was tea at the beginning of the lesson. The atmosphere was friendly and the teacher was excellent. Vanessa showed us how to start and worked consistently around the table helping those who found difficulties with the crochet. The handout was useful and at the end of the lesson we took our hook and some wool home to further practise what we had learned. Money well spent and I highly recommend this course.

Cherry explained about the session and showed us the crochet steps needed to make a granny square which were very clear and enabled me to make two granny squares! Thank you for a lovely evening - I really enjoyed it and would recommend it if you would like to know how to crochet.

The venue is nice and they have the cleanest toilet I have seen in a while with decent soap and soft paper towels. The room is bursting with Macrame and crochet and knitting creations and the drinks and cakes were lovely!
