  • 5/5 from Christian Pintado, attended Sep 2026: The teacher was very engaging and helpful! and the class trylu enjoyable!
  • 5/5 from Fiona Milne, attended Aug 2026: We attended the mosaic workshop as a birthday outing and it was perfect. Really relaxed and easy to follow. Our teacher was friendly and helpful but allowed us the space to be creative. It was easy to find and in quick reach of spots for lunch and shopping afterwards. We can't wait to see the finished pieces!
  • 4/5 from Solenn Ferrato, attended Aug 2026: Fun workshop! Very self-guided, so I would recommend going with a friend and chatting away while doing it. Only little downside was we were told we could do one big or two small pieces but realistically, trying to make a more detailed piece meant we only had time for a small one (not two). Could have done with a bit more time, but I enjoyed the class!
  • 5/5 from Jayne Carruthers, attended Jun 2026: Had a great experience at Art play for a mosaics workshop. Aislinn was a great teacher and offered us her expertise when we needed them. Would definitely recommend to all and will be back to try some other classes.
  • 5/5 from Jenny Harper, attended Jun 2026: We loved this class. Our teacher Naomi was so helpful and patient, despite having to stay beyond her expected time due to some confusion around the class start time. Gift cards were easy to purchase and redeem online. All materials supplied and the Art Play venue is spacious and bright. I would recommend ClassBento workshops and will definitely booking another soon.
  • 5/5 from Rachel Thompson, attended Jun 2026: It was a great class - fun, relaxing and informative. Sorcha was an excellent teacher, the perfect balance of teaching, giving us confidence to experiment and helping along the way. Thank you!

  • 5/5 from Ria Kudrati, attended Apr 2026: Our teacher was amazing. She was patient knowledge and friendly. She guided and helped us, encouraging out creativity and making feel confident during the class. We overall on time but she stayed with us and allowed us extra time to finish. We were fortunate enough to have 1 to 1 guidance as no one else had booked in our session. We will be back!. We enjoyed the class, space and covieniient location.
  • 5/5 from Jane Timberlake, attended Apr 2026: Great fun. Intense! Can you make your beautiful design into a wonky mosaic in time?! Probably.
  • 5/5 from Asena Yoruk, attended Apr 2026: The class was super relaxed, easy to understand and the environment was really good.
  • 5/5 from Adrian Pullinger, attended Mar 2026: I thought this would be hard work, but it was actually lots of fun and great mindfulness. Totally engrossing! Four of us went to a class by Trevor which was well organised with lots of mosaic pieces available. You should take a picture with you so you have a plan to follow. Differently shaped trays are available - check the website as all quite small. Good tip when looking for pieces is to pour out a pots contents onto the table & spread them out.
  • 5/5 from Rebecca Fletcher, attended Feb 2026: We had a great time at our Mosaic workshop. Very relaxed and fun to chat with other participants and our fantastic instructor Thomas! Nice coffee and the place had a good buzz with lots of other classes going on at same time. We’d definitely return to Artplay!
  • 5/5 from Jean Ford, attended Feb 2026: Fantastic class. Teacher gave instructions clearly in a short window of time and was extremely supportive and informative throughout the class. My only complaint is that the session wasn’t long enough as the time just flew by. Such a great way to relax and be creative. In a word - BRILLIANT!

  • 4/5 from Saul Crinier, attended Jan 2025: Super nice and available teachers, was very easy to ask for help or clarifications, if I had one complain : a lot of the colors to pick from are basically just white and grey, there's clearly a lot of variety but they get completely buried under the thousand shades of white tiles
  • 5/5 from Kate Moore, attended Nov 2024: Absolutely loved this class led by Thomas! He was so lovely, helpful and a great leader for the group getting us all chatting as we mosaiced all morning. Really lovely way to start the weekend, will definitely be back for a Thomas led class!

  • 5/5 from Anonymised ClassBento customer, attended Nov 2024: Loved this class so much. As a complete newbie Sophie told us the history of mosaic before helping us create one. Sophie was encouraging, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
  • 3/5 from Anonymised ClassBento customer, attended Nov 2024: I really enjoyed this class and our teacher was fantastic. He gave a lot of positive feedback which is always nice to receive. I will say I was a little disappointed with the lack of colour in the mosaic tiles, I really had to wrack through the piles to find some and also I will say that I was expecting a bigger frame to work with. It is such a small piece to take home after 2 hours of work. Otherwise I had a lovely time!
  • 5/5 from Rahima Begum, attended Oct 2024: It was great fun, Lizzie was awesome. Very thereupatic. Definitely recommend for anyone to give it a go!

  • 5/5 from Angela Crockford, attended Sep 2024: I was really impressed with this class. The materials were great, the venue was perfect and we had the freedom to create whatever we wanted. In particular, Tom was wonderful teacher! He had just the right balance, as he was obviously extremely passionate about our work and teaching us, but this came across in a lovely gentle and encouraging manner. He is one of the best workshop teachers I've ever had.
  • 5/5 from Sue Kingscote, attended Aug 2024: Thomas was friendly and engaging ready to help but not too pushy we had a really lovely fun experience and will certainly recommend this session to others
  • 5/5 from Rose Wei, attended Aug 2024: We went for a work social and had a great time taking our minds off work and getting creative. Really looking forward to collecting our mosaics. Thank you, Sophie!
  • 5/5 from Megan, attended Jul 2024: I really enjoyed this class! Our teacher Tom was really kind and walked us through the basics as well as supported us in finding the tiles we required. It was a lovely way to start the day and I really enjoyed the buzz of the studio with other classes nearby!
  • 5/5 from Nichole Lim, attended Jul 2024: Good opportunity to experiment with mosaic images, our instructor Tom was happy to answer any questions or give his thoughts, but equally also will let you try what you like if you prefer. Everything you need is provided, except that you have to return two weeks later to collect the final product after they do grouting.

  • 5/5 from Anonymised ClassBento customer, attended Apr 2024: I went as an individual to the class and did wonder if I would feel awkward being on my own but the environment was so chilled and relaxed so I had a great time. The teacher Aija, was really good and taught us how to use the equipment and how to crate our mosaic tray. She was so helpful and brought extra tiles for us to use. All materials were provided and it was a clean an highly organised space. I loved the class and certainly want to do it again! I loved the atmosphere and the actual process of making the mosaic tray the most. I also realised that it doesn’t matter if you come alone as nobody judged me and the teacher was so good and came round to give individual support. 10/10 class!
