Map Your Mood Colour Card
Choose colours that feel like the emotion you’re bringing today — jealousy, comparison, tension, or anything else that’s been sitting quietly inside you.

You will be creating a Collage in your given journal — make it a playful, expressive creature made from torn or cut paper that represents the shape, colour, texture and energy of jealousy.
