I’m Bronwen, an FHT‑accredited holistic therapist with 25 years’ combined experience in massage, nutrition and Feng Shui, with additional training in Art for a Therapy. I run Calm & Creative groups as a gentle wellbeing space where adults can slow down in a cosy, relaxed, supportive setting.

I facilitate sessions that blend grounding practices, colour, symbolism and simple hands‑on making to help people unwind, reset and feel more settled. No pressure, no perfection — just a calm place to breathe and create.
