With demonstrations in both the morning and afternoon to get you started, you'll learn the basic steps to conjure up a variety of dishes, culminating in a meal to enjoy at the end. During each London cooking class, The Avenue's fun-loving professional chefs will always be on hand to dispense handy hints, giving you the confidence you need to cook by yourself — even without a cookbook!
Rather than just giving you recipes to follow along with, the course is designed to give you a deeper understanding of cooking, so you can apply the techniques you learn in future dishes. Whether you're joining in for the full week or just coming along for the day, you'll leave with a new menu of techniques to banish kitchen nightmares forever.
