What you'll do
Learn the ropes of traditional silversmithing at this jewellery making class. Whether you're looking for a new hobby to enjoy or you're planning a crafty catch-up with a few friends, this three hour workshop will take you through the stages of making your very own sterling silver bangle that makes a beautiful and unique gift.
You'll have different silver wire to choose from and your talented tutor will guide you through the processes needed to make and texture your bangle. You will learn to anneal and texture metal, measure and saw the right amount, shape and form, create a neat join and solder, sand and finish your work.
Don't worry if this is your first time trying to make your own jewellery, as you'll have all the help and support you need from your friendly tutor, who'll make sure you leave with a bangle you can wear with pride.
The workshop will take about 3 hours with a 20/30mins set up and pack up either side.

I design and make my pieces using traditional techniques and I love to teach people how to make their own jewellery from scratch, by hand, with little or no previous knowledge. It's so much fun, a great creative break from your normal day, and you make a piece of jewellery to take with you that day.
