• 5/5 from Will White, attended Jun 2026: Very interesting and informative and I left feeling a new confidence in my ability to complete a project using what I had learnt through the day. David the tutor has a superb knowledge and imparted it in depth and with a nice touch of lightness and humour. Always ready to answer any questions. I shall be looking to do another course.

• 4/5 from Steven Wibberley, attended Nov 2023: Very useful woodworking class with Dave in his well equipped workshop. Mix of practical work on mortice & tenon, biscuit and pocket joints together with theory on joints and wood grain. Although I'd have liked a bit more practical work and a bit less theory!

• 5/5 from John Russell, attended Apr 2022: I wanted to learn some elementary woodworking skills and took the plunge and booked this class. Our teacher was charming, entertaining and very knowledgeable about the subject matter. Now I cannot stop myself from looking at the grain of wood materials in my daily travels! Good class!
