All the steps were talked through and demonstrated by the instructor at a followable along pace. The instructor was very knowledgeable and gave a lot of recommendations and tips for painting with watercolours.

We were taught great techniques of how to mix and apply the colour and I was really happy with how much I learnt and the overall result. Emma is a great teacher, she shares her knowledge in a really easy way to understand. I like all the tips she sent after which I can continue to use. I will definitely be signing up for more lessons.

I do however think the teacher has a huge task to try and complete it in an hour and an another half an hour would be ideal.

Working with watercolour is not easy but helpful tips were given like light wash, wet on wet, wet on dry, colour mixing and blending... She encouraged students to ask questions... A recording of the session will be provided which will give us a chance to practice more. thank you very much.

Her on-line workshops are always well paced, with clear instructions to achieve our painting and lots of helpful tips and inspiration.  Water-colour isn't as scary as I always assumed it was - it's now become a really pleasurable hobby for me over the last two years thanks to these on-line classes.  Thank you Emma! My photo shows the painting achieved by the end of the on-line class and I look forward to adding some layers of darker blue later.
