Must have previous sewing experience, be able to confidently set up a sewing machine, and have sewn several smaller projects.
What to bring
A pack lunch - a sandwich, fruit etc. - we'll take a short break so best to bring something with you as limited options nearby.

The Edinburgh Sewcial Club first opened its doors in 2014 teaching garment making, sewing machine skills, pattern cutting, embroidery and other textiles crafts to people of all ages, levels of ability and experience in evening and weekend workshops and courses in Meadowbank, Edinburgh.Our relaxing, fun, social classes are a great way to try something new and learn a practical craft and skill! Now, as well as dressmaking and sewing there are also a number of other textile crafts taught, beading, embroidery, upcycling & mending even fleece mermaid tail blankets! Our 'sewcial club' is a friendly environment to get creative!Come and discover what you can do!
