During this two-hour class, you'll connect with a friendly teacher as you unleash your creativity to design and make a bespoke fused glass masterpiece. What you create is up to you — choose between a beautiful set of coasters, a glass lantern, trinket bows or some eye-catching wall art.
This chilled-out London craft workshop is ideal for beginners and those with more fused glass experience. Throughout the class, you'll learn the basics of working with sheet glass and be shown step-by-step how to translate your designs into a final piece.
During this glass workshop, you'll cover:
- The fascinating history of fused glass.
- How to cut glass safely.
- How to translate a design into a cut glass pattern.
- Using a range of bullseye colour sheet glass, powders, and stringers (skinny glass strips).
Your friendly teacher will be on-hand with guidance, inspiration and top tips and techniques to share. So you can rest easy and focus on developing a new skill as you make something unique.
By the end of this unique and fun Valentine's Day craft class, you and your partner will each have a gorgeous glass creation to take home and remind you of your special time together!
