To kick-start this saucy evening of cooking, you'll both be welcomed by a glass of bubbles and something to nibble on. With your bubbly in hand, you'll watch fun and entertaining cooking demonstrations on the dishes you'll be making.
Then, it'll be time to go to your cooking islands and get hands-on kneading your way to fresh tagliatelle, followed by the rest of your delectable dinner.
Don't worry if you're hopeless cooks as well as hopeless romantics — as this cooking class is entirely beginner-friendly, and there will be plenty of support and guidance from your experienced teacher at every stage.
As your evening of foodie fun draws to a close, you'll be invited to sit down and feast on the fruits of your labour together before heading home delightfully stuffed with a whole host of newfound cooking skills to enjoy.

  • Sexy scallops (V – griddled halloumi) with a perfect pea purée.
  • Passionate pan-fried sea bass fillet on a bouncy bed of homemade dill tagliatelle with asparagus tips and a busty beurre noisette (V – no Sea Bass).
  • Something delectably chocolatey.
