Ignite your creativity in our beautiful studio in Cornwall, where you will be indulging in an old artisan craft and stepping away from the modern world. Breathe new life into some old furniture guided by your experienced teacher, Polly.

With a family background in antiques and design, Polly has been working in upholstery for fourteen years and has plenty of expert tips and tricks to share with you. So whether you're a beginner looking to kickstart a new hobby or an experienced crafter on the hunt for a fun weekend in Cornwall, this craft workshop is perfect.

Bring along any piece of furniture you want to restore as well as some fabric of your choice. We recommend you bring a small project, but you can get in touch with Polliander if you have any questions about the size of your furniture, how much fabric you need, or any other help you might need.

Over the course of two fantastic craft classes, you and a group of three other passionate creatives will build confidence in restoration techniques. You will learn traditional and modern upholstery techniques, wood restoration and sewing.

You'll be learning in our low tech studio in Falmouth, we don't have internet but we do have a supportive environment and you can walk to the beach and other boutique shops and eateries for you to enjoy at the end of the day.

By the end of this restoration weekend, you will be going home with a newfound passion, some incredible furniture and new friends!

Please note: Not included are any materials used. If you do use any from our studio, they will be costed by weight or by the meter. Amounts used are noted and paid for at the end of the course.
