The Space at Studio 38 is a flexible, multi-use space in Central Edinburgh that can be hired for a variety of uses.
The Space is ideal for creating and holding an event or workshop and can comfortably host up to 12.
Tables and chairs can be supplied as part of the hire cost. A kettle can be provided for hot drinks and there is a W.C.
The Space is located within Studio 38 Edinburgh, an interior and kitchen specialist, and has been extensively renovated, providing a beautiful space to host your workshop or class.

Two spaces can be adapted for multiple purposes, including:
- A fully functioning photographic studio suitable for amateur and professional use, including portrait and product photography.
- A gallery space for photographic, art, and craft exhibitions and workshops.
- A blank canvas space for creating and holding an event or pop-up shop.
- A meeting room space (desks, tables, and chairs can be supplied as part of a package rate).
- A studio space for yoga, wellbeing and therapeutic classes.
