In this hands-on class, you will be using fabric, thread, and your imagination to share a message, quote, or design that speaks to you.
Never tried working with textiles before? No worries! This class is for complete beginners, and you'll receive plenty of guidance every step of the way.
What you’ll do:
  • Learn basic textile and appliqué techniques.
  • Explore layout and lettering ideas.
  • Use fabric scraps and embroidery to bring your banner to life.
Take home a finished piece to display or gift.
By participating in this workshop, not only will you walk away with a beautiful textile banner, but you'll also be contributing to our community art projects, providing mental well-being and creative health, especially for those facing barriers.
What you'll get
