Sri Lankan Cooking Class

Whether you're a lover of the rich flavours of South Asian cooking or have yet to explore Sri Lankan cuisine, this cooking class in London promises to be a treat for the taste buds!Learn from a talented teacher and top chef how to make six dishes including three flavour-enhancing accompaniments; sweet onion relish which locals call Lunu Sambal and a Coconut Sambal.The stars of the show, however, will be the authentic cashew curry, dhal and traditional roti — this appetising selection will have you feeling satisfied yet yearning for more! This London cooking class will begin with a fun and clear demonstration explaining to you each dish and how best to cook it. Having absorbed all the top tips and techniques from the head chef, it'll be time to for you to rustle up these flavourful delights with plenty of help and guidance along the way. Throughout the class, there will bottomless wine to whet your appetite and after cooking up a storm, it'll be time to sit down together as a class and enjoy the Sri Lankan feast. You'll head home with a belly full of good food and wine and some newfound skills in the culinary arts! Please note: This class is suitable for those keeping to a vegetarian diet. We can cater for those keeping to a GF diet on request, however, there will be no alternative provided for the Roti. We can also cater for those keeping to a Vegan diet on request.
