Ainslinn (sorry if spelt wrong) took us through the steps of our experience session and after a celebratory glass of bubbles, we were off. There was lots of good advice and opportunities to practice pouring. This made sure we got the effect that we were after. After an hour and a half, we produced decent pictures too. This was great fun. We had a brilliant teacher in lovely surroundings. It helped make my birthday a little more special. Thank you
