Lucy my instructor was friendly, instructive, practical and a great blend of competent and encouraging. The store was quiet and we had the abiliaty to use a number of Cricut machines. A good time spent with questions I had with me and those which arose from our discussions during the workshop. Really good, would highly recommend.
