Emma at Hereford branch (I hope I've remembered her name correctly!) Was brilliant! Tailored the hour, completely led by my questions. She was welcoming, friendly and put me at ease straight away. She was not only extremely knowledgeable, but obviously loved Cricut through and through, and enthusiasm like that is contagious! Worth every penny, thank you!
