Hanna and Simon were amazing teachers. Very patient and very knowledgeable.
The kitchen was well equipped and was a great learning atmosphere with all the materials we needed to make our buns.
We learned how to make 4 types of buns as we did an add on class, which worked well. And then we got to eat them, which we enjoyed a lot! We would certainly recommend this class to others and look forward to doing future classes.

Really enjoyed our day learning all about dim sum with Will! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anybody interested in making and tasting some delicious food - just come prepared with a joke!
