Bean-to-bar Chocolate Workshop

Really brilliant class. Educational, generous with chocolate and tasting and a great hoot. Shocku was very knowledgeable and talked us through from 100% cação chocolate to ruby chocolate. As we as guiding us through the bean to bar process.
