Very good, useful workshop especially for those people taking the 1st steps .Narrisa encouraged questions and explained the different approaches to marketing available to businesses. What was also useful was the fact that the PowerPoint presentation is available to download and print.

The one to one session was worth every penny. The member of staff was knowledgable and keen to help me master my machine. She was well prepared for the session for she had previously checked what I had identified as the areas I wanted to learn about and asked me if there was any change from what I had identified. Every minute of the hour was spent teaching me. I would definitely recommend it and may book again if I find I need additional help in the future.
