A very warm welcome was extended by Simon and Hannah our friendly, knowledgeable hosts. Learning about the history of sushi was very interesting with the information shared in a relaxed manner. Rather than the professional kitchen environment we anticipated, the course was presented in an informal setting. We had a very enjoyable evening. Thank you.
