Louise was great and really helpful. Unfortunately the internet connection wasn't stable and she had trouble connecting to be able to show us a lot. To be fair she did offer another session free of charge but after I've driven (45 minutes) I'm not sure it would be worth it.

Jen tailored the session to my needs and was very helpful, giving me extra tips along the way. She wasn't phased by me asking very beginner questions. Really enjoyed the session and will be booking another one when I need additional help - well worth the money.
