I enjoyed the Lino printing workshop. The class was online and intimate (there were two other students). The Artisan Rachel was very passionate and knowledgeable and put her enthusiasm across. Online - we were able to share as much or as little as we wanted, the students said hello on video, then switched to chat. Being a very hot day (its got hotter since) the ink was a bit troublesome and stuck to the paper, but advice was provided, and I got some good prints off. I will need more practice, but this was an excellent introduction having never done lino printing before.
Thanks Rachel Toye!

I had a very enjoyable time learning paint pouring. The staff were excellent, very friendly and answered all my questions. I was the only student so a very special experience. From no previous experience (I didn't do art at school) I now have a "masterpiece". Two techniques were taught and others were discussed. Plenty of materials were provided to make four more masterpieces (including a larger one). Excellent value for money and for a first try, much better getting immediate feedback than a youtube video at home.
I would definitely recommend, and I intend to also do other Hobbycraft courses in the future.
