Chrissie was fabulous, very knowledgeable and supportive (even with the most stupid of questions). I did feel the training taking place in the middle of the store, with relatively little desk space and having to stand up for the session, were not ideal, it also unfortunately meant that visiting customers were not aware that we were in a 1:1 training session, and understandably wanted to ask (Chrissie) questions.

Chrissie was really helpful, and solved a Cricut issue I have had for a while - mainly down to the pre-work she had done before we 'zoomed'. Invaluable help, saving me so much time in future projects!
