I didn't feel silly asking questions. She showed me how to use design space correctly and was able to actually use a machine there. I feel much more confident now to use thanks to Mandy. I took a friend with me. That was really useful too. She took notes and asked questions. Mandy was very helpful with her too. Definitely recommended

I attended the 6 week Cricut online course more than 3 years ago and was so impressed with Chrissie’s knowledge and made a mental note that she worked at Southampton. I was not disappointed. Chrissie totally understood what I wanted to achieve and was as excited as I am regarding my project. Chrissie is a huge asset to your team.

I took so much from the class and feel so much more confident with my Cricut machine! Took tutorial and appropriate level for me to understand as new to latest cricuit machine. Explained how to get most out of machine and demonstrated the two uses I wanted to use my machine for. Friendly and put me at ease that no question was stupid to help me get most of my machine. Great value for money.

Plus ideas to take it even further! She was very supportive and a lovely lady. I now have a clear idea of which machine model will best suit me and ideas that I wasn’t aware you can do. The session was totally worth the money.

I must admit, I expected the staff member to have been on some formal training and stop be able to deliver a structured course, especially having been asked to give details before hand as to what I hoped to get out of it. The room was set up professionally and all the kit was available to try. However, the one hour was not structured well enough and so I don’t feel I got £20 worth of Cricut knowledge from it. I really did enjoy the ladies company and she did leave me with some great YouTube channels to follow, some hacks to try and asked what I needed/wanted but it wasn’t a ‘beginners guide’ that I was expecting.

The lady (sorry i didn't catch her name) was welcoming, patient, extremely knowledgeable and led me through all i wanted to know about the Cricut Maker 3. She gave me the confidence to explore Design Space at home whereas i had been reluctant to try, fearing i wouldnt understand wgat i was doing. I would give her 10/10

I also got to have a play with the machine and got some tips of best to learn things. Also advised I could ask for further support it/teaching if needed

Emily took me into the Studio and she was really lovely, she showed me how the Cricut machine and software works, we even made a stencil and a vinyl sticker with backing card. She also explained about the different types of media the machine cuts and the blade and setting for each type. I must have asked a hundred questions and she answered all of them, she made me feel like nothing was too much trouble. I was really impressed with the customer service I received.

I did feel the training taking place in the middle of the store, with relatively little desk space and having to stand up for the session, were not ideal, it also unfortunately meant that visiting customers were not aware that we were in a 1:1 training session, and understandably wanted to ask (Chrissie) questions.
