  • 5/5 from Jeanette Scull, attended Sep 2026: A regular class for me. This week the focus aligned with an area that I need to be careful of and strengthen. I was very able to follow and move my neck and shoulders with confidence. QiQong is a really good way to access physical well being and honestly this class contributes to my improving health.
  • 5/5 from Elise Amal Connor, attended Sep 2026: Wonderful session outdoors, Sophie was really clear and really enjoyed my first ever Qi Gong class. It was really nice to see that a local cat decided to hang out with us for a bit, testament to the good vibes of the class!
  • 5/5 from Jeanette Scull, attended Jul 2026: This class has built up over the weeks. It also works if you only attended one. Very easy to follow. Very clear and very good for my increasing strength. I can't wait for it to restart in September although I might try and get to the teachers Dance Flow class over the summer. I have enjoyed every session.
  • 5/5 from Jeanette Scull, attended Jul 2026: Love this class. This QiQong class has contributed to my improving fitness. Any physical transformation thanks to the slowing down of movement. I show up weekly.... it's also profoundly enjoyable. I am fairly new to QiGong having started at a local Tai Chi class six months ago. I love the challeng of flow. Sophie is a very clear and patient teacher. Just further info... my starting point was enduring weakness from long COVID. This is accessible and effective. I do signpost as there has not been much offered health wise for me this works for me.
  • 5/5 from Jeanette Scull, attended Jul 2026: This is a consistently excellent class. I generally owe a big part my return to fitness to QuGong after Long Covid. It may seem slow but that's where the impact is. Part of my weekly routine.

  • 5/5 from Emily Reed, attended Jun 2026: Loved Sophie's class this morning, what a peaceful way to start a Sunday. My first time doing Qi Gong, as it was for quite a few of the attendees I think. Sophie guided us through with grace and a few giggles at some of the posture names. So serene outside with bird song during the practice.

  • 5/5 from Barbara Knorpp, attended Jun 2026: This was my first introduction to Quigong and it really did me good. The event was taking place in a beautiful secret garden and it was a nice calm atmosphere. Sophie is an inspiring teacher who explains the exercises well and doesn’t talk too much. All in all a lovely experience! Thanks
