Join this Qigong class at Good Shepherd Studios in London and discover the gentle art of connecting mind, body, and breath in the peaceful garden setting. Whether you're stepping into Qigong for the first time or you're already curious about the practice, this is absolutely made for beginners. With a supportive teacher and a warm, welcoming group around you, you'll feel entirely comfortable exploring the movements at your own pace, listening to what your body needs.
