As the founder, I created this community after noticing that many women, including myself, struggled to find a healthy work-life balance, manage stress and anxiety, and embrace self-care without guilt.Our mission is simple: to redefine what wellness means to you, beyond the trends you see online and to make wellness more accessible and sustainable for all women.Through our wellness events and insightful online content, PBC empowers women to take charge of their well-being. So, let’s redefine wellness together!We host a variety of events, from our popular Pilates classes to wax melt–making workshops, gym experiences, and more. These experiences connect you with industry experts and provide the tools and knowledge to make the best wellness decisions for yourself, without feeling overwhelmed by contradictory information on social media.We’re also passionate about giving back to our community, which is why we’ve started an initiative to support young girls in the early years of their education.
