  • 5/5 from Kang Zang, attended Oct 2025: We had such a great time pottery painting! John was fun, friendly, and made the whole experience really relaxed and enjoyable. Loved his playlist too, it added such a nice vibe to the session. Would definitely come back again!
  • 5/5 from Pascha Al-Qassab, attended Oct 2025: The best pottery painting / glazing class in London!! I came to the class with my boyfriend, to paint some ‘tableware’ for our kitten. We could do up to 2 items each, so we ended up doing one super detailed plate each and then I did a quick bowl too. John who facilitated the class was super friendly and helpful. Art4Space is a wonderful initiative which absolutely deserves every penny of income from the classes, which all go back into their community work (they’re a non-profit CIC). They had infinite colours of glaze, and lots of different bowls/plates/mugs to choose from, as well as lots of art books for inspiration and paper/tracing paper to ease you into it. They also provided drinks and nibbles. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Gleaming Glazes & Art4Space - you won’t find lovelier people!
  • 5/5 from Anna Gyarmati, attended Oct 2025: Really lovely, relaxed class and atmosphere with super attentive teachers who were very knowledgeable and made sure everyone had an amazing time.
  • 5/5 from Claire Pope, attended Jul 2025: What a wonderful way to spend a few hours! Daisy led this group of novices expertly into the world of glazes, with a choice of items to paint. Freedom to design as we chose, with gentle suggestions when requested. We had everything we needed, and had a lovely time in this calm creative community hub. I would wholeheartedly recommend this class and tutor.
  • 5/5 from Lucy Jennings, attended Jun 2024: Very welcoming and kind staff, the studio space is lovely, really enjoyable class! Great value for money.
  • 5/5 from Astrid Brassington-Fuchs, attended Jun 2024: The venue was really nice and it was great that they make sure that everyone has enough space and isn't cramped. You can do multiple items but I only focused on doing one properly. It is really nice that they post you the items afterwards so you don't have to carry them around. The teacher was very nice and encouraging to try out new things and experiment.
  • 5/5 from Anonymised ClassBento customer, attended Sep 2023: Great teacher, relaxing afternoon of painting. Lots of paints and inspiration. and proceeds go to a great cause
