We’ll kick things off with a Joy Injection - a playful, easy, energising moment to lift your mood and get you out of your head and into your body.


Science & Soul of Happiness

Science & Soul of Happiness

From there, we’ll explore the science and soul of happiness, uncovering what actually makes us feel good (and how to create more of it in everyday life).


Happiness Cocktail

Happiness Cocktail

You’ll then build your own Happiness Cocktail, identifying your personal glimmers (the small things that spark joy), your triggers, and how to shift your energy in real time.


Feel Good Visualisation

Next, you’ll be guided through a feel-good visualisation to reconnect with your happiest, most aligned self - and what life looks like when you’re truly thriving.


Happiness Toolkit

Happiness Toolkit

We’ll also create a Happiness Toolkit exploring the different ways your energy centres influence how grounded, creative, confident, connected and expressive you feel.

Throughout the session, you’ll capture your favourite insights, prompts and reminders into your own IRL Pocket Joy Kit - something you can return to anytime you need a reset.


Get grounded, get glowing, and get seriously joyful with this uplifting wellbeing workshop in London.
This is a fun, feel-good experience designed to lift your energy, spark connection, and help you build your own happiness toolkit with a little creativity along the way. You’ll explore a blend of movement, mindset, and meaningful moments as you learn how to identify your personal "glimmers" – those small moments of joy that make a big difference to your day.
There's no need to worry if you haven't tried anything like this before; the atmosphere is entirely low-pressure and focused on helping you feel lighter and brighter. Your friendly teacher will guide you through simple exercises to boost your mood and help you hit the reset button on the stresses of daily life.
During the session, you'll get hands-on as you put together a personalised collection of reminders and tools to support your wellbeing. You will create and take home:
  • Your own pocket joy kit – A bespoke collection of personalised reminders and mood-boosting tools.
  • A happiness toolkit – Practical techniques and mindset shifts to use whenever you need a lift.
  • New memories – The results of a wonderful shared experience with friends or colleagues.
You'll leave this session feeling completely refreshed and inspired, carrying away a physical reminder of your own resilience and joy to brighten your world long after the class ends.
