Hello! I’m Kate. I love people. I love our stories, what makes us tick, grow, laugh and experience all the glorious pantones of life.

I'm an ICF accredited life coach, YTT yoga and meditation teacher, wellbeing practitioner and certified happiness facilitator.

I believe every individual has the innate ability to connect, discover and bloom, but sometimes we just need to talk, move and tune in to know where to look.

I founded Brighter Club to shine a light to illuminate the way for folks to find their (b)right direction, and use the experiences, tools and wellbeing practises I have used in my own life to support others in living with purpose, to be fulfilled and embody their vision.

Along the way, I’ve lived in London, New York and Bali, hosted events, given keynotes, been a magician’s assistant, fried an egg in a volcano, taught Yoga, and swum between tectonic plates. I’ve been a trustee for Sunday Assembly, sing in a choir, and have grown a community of wellbeing warriors.

I love to help humans to thrive.
