What you'll do
Bad weather outside? Feel like getting crafty and creative? If you're looking for some fun rainy day activities, why not spend a few hours lost in the captivating craft of embroidery with this online class?
Join ESC online via Zoom and learn some foundational embroidery stitches to get you started on a new DIY project. These tiny creations can then be made into stunning pendants or simply be hung decoratively around your home.
As these adorable embroidered designs are small and lightweight, they make for excellent DIY gifts and can easily be posted to loved ones.
Embroidery is a wonderful, relaxing and mindful craft. So if you could do with a peaceful few hours discovering a new hobby and making something beautiful — this is the virtual class for you!

What to bring
An equipment list will be sent out to everyone who signs up - however, you can use craft equipment you already have at home or alternatively just watch the session until you are able to get the required equipment.

The Edinburgh Sewcial Club first opened its doors in 2014 teaching dressmaking, sewing and other textiles crafts to people of all ages, levels of ability and experience in evening and weekend classes.
Our fun, social classes are a great way to try something new and learn a practical craft and skill!
Now, as well as dressmaking and sewing there are also a number of other textile crafts taught, beading, embroidery, upcycling & mending even fleece mermaid tail blankets! Our 'sewcial club' is a friendly environment to get creative!
