Macrame Class - Bohemian Bunting

Craft an arty macrame garland to add a colourful handmade touch to your home!

2 hours Class size 1 to 30     label £35 (£10 per class surcharge applies for private classes)

Searching for relaxing things to do? Take some time out of your busy schedule to find some self-care time in this relaxing DIY craft!

Macrame is a soothing meditative medium; slowing down and tying some beautiful knots is a perfect way to relax your mind whilst making something lovely for your home.

This craft class focuses on self-care; it's not important if your creation is a little bit wonky, or not quite perfect, all that matters is that you've taken some time to do something just for you! Macrame is a great self-care activity, and you'll leave the class with enough resources to carry on your macrame journey at home.

Choose your colour and your length; make a standard size or upgrade to a large! Your creation will be made using the softest 100% recycled cotton cord, so not only will it be beautiful, it'll be sustainable too!

By the end of this class, you will have created a beautifully bohemian heart-shaped wall hanging to hang in your home!

I'm Chelsie, a macrame maestro and all-round craft queen based in Manchester!

I found macrame during the pandemic when I needed something to calm my mind. I found so much mindfulness within the craft, and have since opened a creative studio where people come together to learn macrame and other crafts as a form of self care.

I'm passionate about sharing different ways to be creative; I don't believe that you have to be great (or even good!) at a craft to find joy and peace in it. The first step to being good at something is being bad at it!
