2 hours 15 mins Class size 1 to 15 (public classes), 4 to 30 label £30

Would it really even be Christmas without a cosy night of crafting, hot chocolate in hand? No. Be realistic. It really wouldn't.

There's nothing life getting your home ready for the festive season, and how better to do so than putting up your tree and adding some beautiful decorations that you've created with your own hands?!

In this beginner friendly class you'll learn the art of knotting, aka macrame, and with it you'll learn how to create a set of 8 decorations in 4 different styles! Choose your colour scheme (to match that tinsel in the attic!) and get creating!

Your friendly teacher Chelsie will be on hand for the whole class, cheering you on and teaching you everything you need to know.

With festive snacks and drinks (did someone say boozy hot choc..?!) to fuel your creativity, this cosy workshop is bound to get your both relaxed and excited for the festivities!

I'm Chelsie, a macrame maestro and all-round craft queen based in Manchester!

I found macrame during the pandemic when I needed something to calm my mind. I found so much mindfulness within the craft, and have since opened a creative studio where people come together to learn macrame and other crafts as a form of self care.

I'm passionate about sharing different ways to be creative; I don't believe that you have to be great (or even good!) at a craft to find joy and peace in it. The first step to being good at something is being bad at it!
