Hi,

I'm Katie, an abstract artist from London. I create embroidered paintings on paper inspired by nature.

Besides my fine art I create embroideries, wall hangings, and various home décor pieces in textiles.

I also run a textile art blog called The Fiber Studio where I interview and write about contemporary fibre artist and their work.

I have been working in embroidery since 2016 and started teaching in 2019.

I love sharing my craft with others by teaching, it's a fun day out and a great way to make friends.
