If Japanese cooking conjures up images of wasabi, matcha and sushi, we have a feeling you will love exploring more of what this incredible cuisine offers with this Japanese cooking class.You will experience new dishes, exciting flavours, and easy recipes you can recreate at home. From presentation skills to balancing ingredients and kitchen organisation, this class covers plenty of cooking skills.There will be plenty of guidance from start to finish as your friendly and experienced chef will show you how to cook some classics as well as something you might not have tried before. From a rich katsu curry to a creamy Purin pudding, by the end of this class, we think you will love Japanese cooking very 'mochi'!To settle you into this culinary adventure, you'll get a glass of wine to sip on as you watch some expert demonstrations that will give you tips and tricks on how to cook up these flavourful dishes. You'll get even more wine (in fact it's bottomless) as you pick up the pans to give it a go yourself. Our chefs will be around to help you out and answer some questions, helping you to build confidence and create memories that will stick with you. Once you're delectable three-course meal is ready, you will sit down to tuck in as you taste your handiwork.Sample Menu:

• Beef yakitori (or smoked tofu).
• Chicken katsu curry with rice (or sweet potato).
• Purin.
