There were lots of plants to pick from and I’m so happy with the result. I’ll definitely be signing up for more of plant mama’s classes for sure

It was such a gentle experience--my partner and I both remarked that it felt like a nervous system reset. She's incredibly passionate and knowledgeable.

We found it hard to get our hands in the jar and move the plants, stones etc. The teacher was very knowledgeable however he did spend a lot of time talking so the class could have been an hour rather than two. I wish I had just bought myself and my friend a kit to do at home!

He couldn't have been more helpful, positive entertaining and informative. The class was very relaxing and we all came away with a beautiful product. I would highly recommend this class.

Despite not having much experience with plants I thoroughly enjoyed myself and am super proud of my terrarium.

Explained the process in enough detail without losing you. I assumed the host would have told us what to plant and where but to my surprise it was freehand to do what you like with the plants and materials available. This was really good fun and enjoyable.

The process of creating a self-sustaining terrarium was thoroughly explained, including the do's and don'ts, along with the reasoning behind each step. The workshop guide was friendly and approachable, and I'm really happy with how my terrarium turned out! Wouldn’t hesitate to go back for other workshops!

We were taught about how terrarium works and how each kind of plant provided is suitable for terrarium. I really like how we are able to let our idea flows and build our own mini ecosystem. We had a wonderful time, loved how personal the class was and how we could pick and choose from such an array of plants. Emma was super informative and it made for a really peaceful and fun Sunday afternoon. I would even come back in the future or buy a class as a gift for someone else Logan’s favourite part was the bugs!

If you’re interested in plants or simply want to try something a bit different then I’d thoroughly recommend giving this a go!

The girl doing the workshop was very friendly and happy to help with any queries. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Everything we needed was provided and clear instructions on how to care for the terrarium afterwards. I would thoroughly recommend this workshop to any plant lover.

Emma was lovely, and really informative during the class and we were given plenty of advice for after care too. We had a mixture of plant lovers and beginners in the class so would highly recommend the workshop for both. Thanks to Emma, Andy and the wee one for their hospitality, we all had an amazing time!

The shop has a lovely atmosphere and very calming and welcoming. All the tools and plants etc were provided to make the terrarium and with Emma’s guidance and advice I made a beautiful terrarium.
