Indian Cooking Masterclass: Flavour packed, Street food & Coastal Classics
Join Rak Patel & the team for a hands-on cooking experience this latest menu is inspired by a combination of his travels to Goa and the recipes and techniques passed down through his family — the way he has learned to cook at home for years. This is real, homely Indian cooking, where spices are layered with care and every dish tells a story.
On the menu for Sat 26th Sept
Chilli Paneer (Indo-Chinese Fusion) — street food classic. Crispy golden paneer tossed with peppers, onions in a sticky soy-chilli glaze — bold, tangy and completely addictive.
Goan Prawn Curry — a comforting coconut curry inspired by coastal flavours and home kitchens in Goa
Homemade Naan — soft, fluffy and made from scratch without a tandoor
Served with fragrant basmati rice, a fresh kachumber salad and a cooling raita with a subtle twist.
You’ll learn the foundations of flavour, just as they’ve been shared through generations — simple techniques, honest cooking and food made to be enjoyed together.
Note: All ingredients are halal and the menu can be adapted for vegetarian options
