This was present from my son (Charlie) last Christmas. The teachers were great(Keisha and Renaye) it was explained very simply, we made scented candles. As it was a gift I don’t know how my son paid. I was given a voucher as a present and decided to do a Sauce cooking course at The Avenue Cookery School. Diana was a very engaging teacher. She gave us really good tips and solutions including recipes for sauces that were flexible and useful for so many dishes. She explain the logic of the cooking process without prescribed instructions.
