This was my birthday present to myself and I loved it. Mihaly is such a wonderful, kind, and warm person. Rene the teacher is caring, friendly annd amazing. This was booked as birthday present and it is whorty! Nice calm atmosfere and clean enviroment. You will be surprise how much science goes behind making a candle and Rene is very knowledge. She gives all the material that you need and they are well presented. I was given a voucher as a present and decided to do a Sauce cooking course at The Avenue Cookery School. Diana was a very engaging teacher. She gave us really good tips and solutions including recipes for sauces that were flexible and useful for so many dishes. She explain the logic of the cooking process without prescribed instructions. Lovely relaxed afternoon and lunch.

The ikebana course was 2 hours and they have managed to fit a lot into it. We got taught the basics but enough to give us a base to start creating our ikebana arrangements.
