Hi, we're Fudge Kitchen! We first started making fudge in the UK, as Jim Garrahy's Fudge Kitchen, back in 1983. We're so passionate about what we do that we love inviting fudge-fanatics to come and witness the fudge making in action!
With fudge shops in Edinburgh, Bath, Windsor, Canterbury and York - it's safe to say we know a thing or two about sweet treats.

Amazing Teacher, great environment to learn. So friendly, extremely helpful and fun. Answered all our questions. Would even do this again, a wonderful thing for an hour or so.

Had a really good time excellent hands on experience shaping and cutting fudge. Would have preferred more information about ingredients, flavours etc and less about the company. Would still recommend it as a great day out

We had such a great time making fudge at this class! Will, the teacher, was really welcoming and chatty, and the fudge making process was super interesting to learn about. We got lots of hands on time creating the fudge and had loads of opportunity to taste both the fudge we made and several of the other amazing flavours available in the shop. We came away with enough delicious fudge to last us for months!
All-in-all a great experience, especially if you are looking for something a little different to do in Edinburgh city centre!
