  • 5/5 from C Cross, attended Mar 2024: Bought for my 50th from my brother, we both dud the pouring. Great teacher, Molly, couldn't do enough for us. It was amazing value as we got 2 sets of coasters to work on plus a massive paint pouring kit. Thanks so much. We had great fun!
  • 5/5 from Sarah, attended Nov 2023: This course was amazing! The teacher made it so easy and fun! Would highly recommend!
  • 5/5 from Nadia Leech, attended Aug 2023: We had such a lovely time. Connor was fantastic and showed us different ways to pour the paint and the different effects it can have. Really enjoyed learning a new craft!
  • 2/5 from Jo Hill, attended Dec 2022: I really enjoyed the workshop its the 2nd one I have paid for and this time I bought my sister along. I would have liked to have rated it 5 stars (like the last one)however when I went to collect the canvases we had made mine had clearly been moved around by staff and incorrectly stored as the pattern on the canvas looked completely different to what I had made, I have pictures to compare. I'd like to raise this further as I'm really disappointed in how my piece hasn't been looked after, prior to its collection and I did have plans for it. Nadia who ran the workshop was great so i cant fault her and the staff in the Ashford branch are always friendly but on this occasion something has gone wrong and I've been left annoyed please look into better storage of people's artwork while they are drying to avoid their disappointment.
  • 5/5 from Jo Hill, attended Nov 2022: I had a brilliant paint pouring workshop with Nadia at the Ashford store, she was very patient and fun and explained everything so well. I loved learning a new skill, it was well worth the money and the length of the session was perfect, I found it very therapeutic. I have booked on for another of the same workshop next month with my sister as her Christmas present. Loads of people have complimented what I made too, I would definitely recommend this course to anyone even if you are new to art or not confident it's worth trying it, you will love it
  • 5/5 from Fabiola Tonna, attended Sep 2022: What a wonderful way to spend an hour… lovely teacher at Hobbycraft, wonderful art box our to keep, easy to follow training with beautiful colours to work with fantastic results Acrylic pouring class highly recommended
  • 5/5 from Jane Syrett, attended May 2022: Connor the tutor was excellent, full of enthusiasm & good at putting over ideas of how to use the fluid paints in different ways. There was adequate space to operate. A set of 10 paints plus mixing cups, stirrers, palette knives & silicone, 4 small boards and 1 larger art panel. The materials were of good quality and I really enjoyed using them. The class was reasonable value for money - I would have liked another half an hour & then it would have been great. Connor suggested that I work on the 4 small boards and do the art board later when I was more experienced & that was good advice. I learnt what fun the medium is, but that you do need to be careful of not getting your paint all over the place I had a very enjoyable hour
  • 5/5 from Nicola Enright, attended Feb 2022: I loved the workshop with Connor and never stopped smiling and laughing the whole way through it. Felt so calm and relaxed while trying something fun and new. Everything was provided and it was fantastic to turn up and basically play with paint while learning a new paint technique with an expert. Thanks Connor and Hobbycraft, I'll be back to try more crafts soon, if you'll have me!
  • 5/5 from Vicki Lambourn, attended Oct 2021: Great kit and the teacher was lovely. The instructions were clear and we both loved the artwork we produced. Another hobby to add to our ever growing collection of crafts!
