Choose Your Design

This is where your unique design begins. Select your favourite shape from over 40 beautiful fine silver blanks, from classic circles to intricate patterns. With friendly one-on-one guidance, you’ll sketch your ideas and prepare your silver for a perfect finish.

Paint with Powder

Experience the most magical part of the process – applying the enamel. You’ll learn how to handle the fine, colourful powder, carefully layering and blending shades to bring your unique design to life. It's a wonderfully mindful and creative technique, perfect for beginners.

Transform in the Kiln

Watch in amazement as your piece goes into the kiln. In a matter of moments, the heat works its magic, fusing the powder into a smooth, glossy, and durable glass surface. It’s an exciting reveal that never fails to delight.

Learning the stunning art of enamel jewellery making with zero experience at this exciting Enamel Jewellery Workshop in London. Discover the historical significance of enamel jewellery and gain practical knowledge of various enamel techniques and styles like cloisonné and plique-à-jour. Takes exactly two hours and you get to take your piece home with you immediately. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is just slightly curious and would like to try Enamel.

The teachers are fantastic: they do an excellent job of explaining things clearly while also making the experience fun and enjoyable. I would highly recommend it, especially thanks to the wonderful team and teachers. The only thing to note is that the included options for jewellery-making are a bit limited. However, for a small additional fee, there’s a wider variety of designs and materials to choose from, so there’s definitely room to get creative!

The teacher and team were very knowledgeable and passionate about preserving Chinese artistry including enamel jewelry making, it was really inspiring to hear and see it. I loved seeing all the colours together and the process of our pieces coming to life. It was very rewarding to come away with beautiful pieces we'd made. Such a lovely studio, they've made it into such a calming and creative space that is clearly built on friendship and a shared passion. A unique experience!

At the start of the session our teacher provided us with some context and history of enamelling before taking us step by step through creating our own jewellery pieces. Very knowledgable on the techniques and the different types of enamel including advising on us colours to use and how they would likely change during the firing process. There are multiple bases and colours to choose from so you can make a piece as complicated or as simple as you want with an opportunity to do a second layer if it wasn't right the first time. For us there was an added bonus as we made friends with Zoe's parrot and at our request she let him join our class. He sat on my daughter's shoulder to help supervise as she worked!

She was also quick the respond to messages I sent her the day before. We got the chance to choose our piece and design it from a range of colours. It was a nice experience, with others in the studio, music in the background and her pet bird walking around the table trying to steal our tools! While our pieces set she also showed us some of the other crafts she does in her workshop.

The whole class was over in 1.5 hrs and would have been done in less time of my daughter and I hadn’t been incredibly meticulous people. In short, poor value for money and I don’t feel like we learned a lot.
