What you'll do
Do you love baking and want to improve your cupcake decorating skills? Whether you want to know how to decorate cakes for special occasions or you'd just like to get more creative with your bakes, this is the class for you!
This cupcake decorating class is specifically for those participants who have already attended a beginner's course or have the basic skills in cake decorating. During this unique baking class, you will focus entirely on learning new cupcake decorating techniques and building upon your skills.
You'll have plenty of hands-on help along the way as well as inspiration for you own unique creations.
By the end of this fun and friendly cake decorating workshop, you will walk away having further developed your skills with six individual cupcakes to take away and admire!

Basic cake decorating skills.
What you'll get
- All materials, ingredients, equipment and a course booklet will be provided.
- Tara House Bakery will provide six cupcakes per person for decoration. Boxes will be provided to transport the finished cupcakes.
- Light refreshments (tea, coffee, biscuits) will be provided throughout the morning.

Jane Bridgewater is a highly qualified chef and has been teaching and training chefs in further education colleges for 20 years. She was a BBC MasterChef Finalist in the 1990s and she started Tara House Bakery some ten years ago. She is now a successful baker and cake designer and wants to pass on her skills, knowledge and expertise to future cake makers. A range of cake decorating courses during the year will include vintage, wedding and Christmas cupcake decorating.
