Nadine was very patient and gave lots of helpful instructions on different techniques and designs (we made 4 different ones over the class). The process is very mindful and very different to other crafts, so we're excited to see what the pieces look like when they come out of the kiln! Definitely recommend.

The class was small-sized, which facilitated having more space to move around and create our glass pieces. I was able to make 4 items: 1 tealight, 2 bowls and 1 coaster/tile. There was a very nice, creative atmosphere and I would highly recommend this workshop!

It was exciting also to anticipate how they'd turn out once fired - we were both delighted with our results.

I was able to make four small items: 2 tiles/coasters and 2 bowls. Nadine talks you through everything explaining how to cut glass and what works well when designing your items. Nadine is very engaging / helpful throughout the class. The studio is very close to Vicky park / Roman road and has great public transport links nearby. I really enjoyed the class and can't wait to see my finished items.

She creates a really friendly atmosphere and I wish it would last all day, instead of 3 hours! I also love how, if you’re stuck on how to bring an idea to life, she’ll gently nudge you towards a solution without taking over. It’s a brilliant balance of creativity, relaxation and fun - highly recommend

Nadine, who was running the workshop, was really lovely and was providing useful tips and tricks as we were working on our glass pieces. If someone enjoys crafting and creative freedom - this is definitely a workshop to do.

She explained everything clearly at the start and was on hand to help throughout, providing guidance and advice on designs. Had a lot of fun working up the designs and choosing the different colours. Also found it very relaxing - was lovely to switch off and spend 3 hours focusing on being creative.

Equipped really well, with lots of good examples to follow, and help when needed - which was quite often for a beginner (well certainly in my case), and fortunately Nadine is a very patient teacher.
