Cooking Class: Kids Cooking Club

Looking for fun things to do with kids in London? Give The Avenue Cookery School's Kids Cooking Club a look! Designed exclusively for kids, this London cooking class is perfect for those looking for a fun and relaxed way to learn a new skill while having loads of fun doing it!Deciding to steer away from just the ‘usual’ cupcake decorating and pizza making classes, this fun cooking workshop offers kids a range of more useful recipes, techniques and tastes to get stuck into (of course, a cupcake here and there never goes amiss!).Each class, kids will cook in pairs or as teams and will whip up their very own tasty dish to either eat in our kitchen or take home. The London cooking classes begin with a short demonstration from one of The Avenue's experienced chefs,  displaying what will be cooked during the class, followed by hands-on cooking for the participants to put their newly found culinary skills to the test. Guidance and support will be offered throughout from your friendly, laid back and dedicated chefs, but all kids will get the chance to get their hands dirty – after all what’s a better way to learn? Example of dishes offered: (subject to change due to seasonality and availability)

• Thai green curry
• Pita and dips
• Lasagne
• Risotto
• Chocolate roulade

Please note:

• Each session will cover a different dish or cuisine; this is shown when booking, but feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.
• If your child has any food allergies please ask us before booking so we can let you know if we can cater for them.
• This class is suitable for 8-year-olds and above however under 8s are welcome when accompanied by a paying adult/guardian, everyone in the kitchen needs to have their own individual paid spot regardless of age.
