If you'd like to learn how to crochet, this fun and supportive craft class is a great place to start! You'll be guided by a crochet loving teacher and will be given plenty of help and support throughout your class to help you learn the skills you need to make your gorgeous coaster and get started on your crochet journey.
With tips and careful instruction from your talented teacher, you'll learn how to hold your crochet hook, how to crochet chain stitches and how to turn a lovely piece of rope into your own useful (and super cute!) coaster.
Come along with your friends or family as part of a day out in London, or join solo and meet other crafty souls to learn alongside.
Designed with absolute beginners in mind, you don't need to feel worried if you've not tried to crochet before - this class gives you all the knowledge you need to get started. With small class sizes, there'll be plenty of time for individual tuition and you'll be able to ask questions as you go to help you build and solidify your skills.
By the end of your London crochet class, you'll have learnt how to use a crochet hook and how to crochet in chain stitches. You'll also have your very own chic crocheted coaster to show off your skills and use proudly at home. You'll also have plenty of new knowledge to take home with you so you can develop your crochet skills independently.

I’m Jane and I am 100% passionate about crafting – you name it, I have most probably tried it. I set up Tea and Crafting, a bricks and mortar workshop venue in Covent Garden, in 2009, as I wanted to share my love of all things crafty and show people how, that a lot of these crafts are easier to learn than you think, without the need to commit to a six-week course that can be difficult to fit into a busy lifestyle. I wanted to provide affordable classes that were effortless and fun to attend.
I believe that anyone and everyone can craft and that you don't need to be exceptional at a craft for it to have enormous positive effects on well being. Alongside a team of expert crafters I am proud to still be passing on these crafty skills 12 years later!
